STORE OWNER PISTOL WHIPS A CUSTOMER FOR COMPLAINING

County restaurant owner is accused of pistol-whipping a customer who complained about a calzone.

Police in Palm Coast said the customer went to Goomba's Pizzeria Friday to get a refund for a calzone he didn't like. That's when police said Joseph Milano, 40, hit the customer with a gun, jumped over the counter, and beat him up.

Milano was charged with assault and battery.
