Roy Williams Sues Brooke Daniels For 'Lost' Engagement Ring
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Roy Williams is suing his ex-girlfriend Brooke Daniels the 2009 Miss Texas USA for an engagement ring he sent her through the mail.
No word on how long the two were dating, but Roy decided it was a grand idea to send Brooke Daniels a $75,000 engagement ring along with a taped wedding proposal and $5,000 for school and dental bills. To his utter shock, the former Miss Texas rejected the proposal but kept the ring. Roy wised up and asked for the ring back but Brooke "lost" it...again showing some grain of intelligence, Roy hired a insurance investigator who found out Brooke's father Michael had the "lost" ring.
