I watched several different versions of footage of this incident, and in the beginning it wasn't really clear to me for various reasons, e.g. quality of footage, etc. But there was a final clip that I watched that made one thing evident to me, and that was that whether this man did this intentionally in cold blood or not, he still was incredibly indifferent about pulling out a weapon, be it a taser or a strap, on a person who was defenseless. It shows a sort of callous attitude taken by those in authority/with power...and that whole attitude must change. Because we didn't vent the way "The Town" should have, that energy is bound to come out in other ways....people saw that...that footage was national news, you feel me? So that had to hit people in some way or another..what they do with that frustration, shock, rage is what I am concerned about....because we had one of the most muted responses I have seen in the town to date.....
